Very tasty + good portions

Got a burrito there again after a long time. Unfortunately it didn't taste good, there was way too much salsa and sour cream in it. Was completely "muddy". I only had good experiences there in the past, so it may have only been an isolated case. Will give BurritoRico another chance. It is positive that the dishes can be picked up quickly and easily to go.

The food is currently among others offered to take away. With an online order you get from 10 Euro currently Free nachos, these were omitted when ordering on site. Extra guacamole was charged but was forgotten in the burrito filling. In terms of taste okay, priced okay. The waitresses were rather unfriendly.

the interior of the shop is pleasing and makes most of the shops in cologne with a similar interior design look pretty bad. the burritos and the individual, freely selectable ingredients are great, but unfortunately do not come close to the other burrito shop nearby. the contents of the beverage refrigerator are also impressive. top load!

Quesadillas very tasty, tacos were rather limp and disintegrated when eating. Nice staff :-) more sauce for the nachos would be appropriate for the price.

Best burritos in town, but very slow staff. Perfect for lunch on hand or quickly at the table.

Unfortunately, never again. We just weren't served and then left sadly. Not many places were occupied.

Mega delicious, and really friendly staff, was there with a friend, at the beginning she didn't want to eat anything because she thought it wouldn't be that good, I ordered something and while eating she tried mine and was surprised and afterwards she also got something ordered 😂, it was really delicious and nice there. The nachos are delicious, it was a friend's recommendation.

There were 4 tables occupied. I waited a long time and patiently but just wasn't served. So I left again.

Both the owner (or cook) and the waitress were really disrespectful and super rude after taking our order incorrectly. Although I can understand that such misunderstandings happen, they didn't even apologize and tried to put the blame on us. It wasn't the first time I've been there, but it was definitely the last. Long waiting times, disrespect, the quesadillas no longer tasted like they used to be. I don't recommend it. Please guys don't let these people fool you !!!

Very, very unfriendly staff !!!!! Burritos were okay but the way the waitress (short, curly hair) performed was extremely rude and disrespectful. Will definitely avoid this shop as there are enough alternatives in the area I feel.

Food is always delicious and the staff are always friendly. Can definitely get busy, but the food is always worth the wait.

Poor service, poorly attended and poor demeanor of the staff - we were not attended for a long time. I went up to the counter to get a drink for my kid as it was pretty hot, the man in the counter denied right away - not his job to service the guest he is the burrito maker. Absolute no go for service sector - no ownership - no Customer friendliness. The burrito was served with a STONE - size of a peanut. They took off the price but it’s not acceptable. Better teach that burrito man some manners and some empathy! I can forgive the stone but how that man treated a thirsty little kid - is unforgivable! Shame!!

How incompetent and unfriendly can you actually be ... Two guests in the shop and all overwhelmed ... Yes, these are exhausting times for restaurateurs ... but here you will find the most incompetent restaurant in the world. After we waited 5 minutes at the entrance (the shop was empty!) And no communication could be heard except “Waiting at the entrance!”, We were allowed to watch the waiter / cook preparing the food. After that was then distributed to the only guests in the shop, we were asked to read a Corona info note with commands that are known from the dog school: "Here, the reading!" Then we were led to the table: "Come with me!" When asked whether you can choose a table, the friendly answer came: No! That's him!" That was the last and shortest visit to this store. Incapable and rude staff.

Nice atmosphere. A little too pricey for what you get. Similar to Chipotle as a concept but not quite as good.

The chicken Burrito was tasty but nothing remarkable. The avocado dip for the tortilla chip tasted good. However, the texture of it wasn’t smooth. As you might be able to see in the picture, there were chunk of avocado and tomato and even a few stem of the herbs or vegetables. It made the dip not so convenient to eat with the chips because the dip might fall from the chips. Overall, the food is okay, the environment is cozy and the staffs are friendly.

Tasty Burritos, mine was kind of dry because I had the Steak Burrito and there was way more rice compared to Burrito's of my friends. Everything else was great. Service and atmosphere was great.

I am sad that I am writing this because I used to enjoy eating at Burrito Rico (thus 3 stars). I called to order something to go/to pick up via phone - I’m on the train on a rainy day going home after work and wanted to run in and run out - and the employee says that they don’t do orders via phone, only through Lieferando or in-person (because apparently some people call and don’t pick their stuff up). I told him that I thought it was a real shame and to pass along my feedback to management and he said that it wouldn’t change. I felt zero empathy From him and was left reminded of how bad customer service in Germany sometimes is... well, maybe now my feedback will be read/taken into consideration. I’m sorry to say that you just lost a loyal customer.

First of all, there was a big communication problem because the staff did not know English, for that there was a mix up in our order but when I said something they didn't change it. There is no Wifi. When I went to pay I asked for the receipt, apparently they send it only through your phone and when I received it, it only said the final amount. In my case it was 19'60€, but it doesn't say what each thing costs...Good thing I took pictures of the menu and found out I got charged a few euros more for some reason (we ordered two milk coffees, a sofrita burrito and nachos Californian style (total amount 17'80€)). The food is definitely not the best and I will not be going back or recommending. If you want good burritos and good staff go to Bay Area Burrito. Also, if I would have looked at the reviews beforehand I would have definitely not gone, apparently they aren't good at all, my mistake. They did NOT live up to their name.

Best burrito I ever tried!

The menu was recently changed so now, instead of picking what you want in your burrito, there are just a few options for what your burrito should have inside. I asked to change a few ingredients and the very unfriendly guy at the counter reacted as if would be asking for the weirdest thing ever. My burrito at the end was NOT good. Shame, they just lost a very frequent client.

Been there twice and it’s great! I tried quesadillas there for the first time and love them ever since! I can recommend it :)

The locale is nice, the deco is this shabby chic style that's unoriginal and very played out. I got a carnitas burrito and I expected more from a 9€ burrito. What I got was a small burrito with just meat, rice, and beans sprinkled with some corn. Where's the fresh lettuce or cheese or cilantro or some real salsa with tomatoes? It came with some house special hot sauce but it tasted as though they just used siracha mixed to pass as hot sauce. My friend got a multi tacos plate that looked good from afar but far from good. The tacos were all soggy and fell apart when you pick it up to eat it, terrible, who eats tacos with forks and knives? The corn tortillas used for the tacos were old and stale and can't hold it together. The "California style nachos" were also very disappointing. They used nacho cheese msg flavored salty chips straight out of a 50 cents grocery store bag instead of normal fresh tortilla chips. That's not all, you will end up with small crumbs passing for chips after you eat the top big chips that were slightly covered with very watery sour cream and guacamole. No bueno. I'll go to that other burrito place at Rudolfplatz and won't ever come back here again.

This food had no similar taste to Mexican food, cheese in my quessida was more than anything else and bad quality, My stomach still hurts after one day.

Nette Location. Sehr netter Service. Leckerer Burrito. Fünf Sterne. Nice location. Very friendly staff. And most important: the burrito was pretty good. Will come back. And so should you.
